We stand firmly behind the quality and reliability of VERBİ Sistem. Customers are eligible for a 100% full money-back guarantee within 14 days of their initial purchase date.

Beyond the initial 14-day window, refunds are also evaluated and issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges resulting from technical or communication errors
• Invoicing errors or system-calculated overcharges
• Severe technical failure preventing software access that our engineering team cannot resolve within 72 hours
• Statutory requirements under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws

2 License Activation & Configuration Fees

The license activation and configuration fee covers provisioning the customer's dedicated multi-tenant tenant environment, cloud database deployment, security encryption keys, and digital onboarding.

Under our 14-day satisfaction guarantee, this activation fee is 100% fully refundable if requested within the first 14 days following payment.

3 Recurring Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing interval (monthly or annually) unless cancelled by the customer prior to renewal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or termination fees. When you cancel, future automated recurring payments are stopped immediately, and your access remains active until the expiration of the current prepaid billing period.

4 How to Request a Refund

Refunds can be requested quickly through either of the following two straightforward channels:

Refund requests are acknowledged and processed within 24 business hours. Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Wire Transfer) within 3–5 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.

5 Processing via Paddle (Merchant of Record)

All online checkouts, transactions, and return disbursements are securely executed through Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as the Merchant of Record.

Paddle handles currency conversion, transaction receipts, sales tax / VAT calculations, and card security. Receipts delivered after checkout provide a direct link to manage your subscription and request receipts or refunds at any time.

6 Platform Access Following Refund

Upon the issuance of a full refund, access to the VERBİ Sistem tenant and associated administrative tools is deactivated.

Customers are provided a 7-day grace window upon written request to export their uploaded organization data and records in standard formats (CSV, JSON) before account decommissioning.

7 Mandatory Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or diminish any statutory rights that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable local consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
